RENTAL RETURNS : Rentals were due back no later than April 29th. At this point we have begun charging delinquent rentals for the buyout price plus a $25 late fee per contract. If you have outstanding rentals and have been charged, please return them immediately and you will be refunded in entirety unless you use any of the following excuses....

• 1) "Nobody called me."

• 2) "You guys are never open."

• 3) "I was told I could return them "whenever"."

• 4) "I stopped by and you were closed."

• 5) "Your answering machine said not to leave a message."

• 6) "Who reads contracts anyways?."
